4-week outdoor series: $81+HST

1 Hour/week for 4 weeks

It’s back! After a (much too long) hiatus West End Mamas Toronto location is thrilled to offer outdoor in person parent/care giver & baby yoga!! (Yay!) This class will be held at Magwood park in Toronto, in a safe, socially-distanced setting where you can actually interact with other REAL human beings!  In the case of rain, this class will be moved to zoom for that week.

Join us for a 4-week gentle parent/caregiver and baby yoga class – stretch, strengthen, and connect to your postpartum body. Classes are one hour long.  You will get individual attention, and make some new parent friends while you’re at it!

Parent/Caregiver & Baby Yoga is best suited for mamas, parents and caregivers with pre-mobile children. We recommend it for babies 9-months or younger only so that you are not chasing your kiddo around during class! Please note that while babies come to class, they are not used as props in this class. They hang out while you enjoy your yoga practice.

If the class is moved to zoom because of weather, the class will be recorded and distributed to participants after each class.  The class video may be viewed for one week after each class.  This way, if you miss that class (life happens!), you can still watch it at a time that suits you.

Please note you will need to bring your own equipment, such as a yoga mat.

We respect every person’s choice to either wear a mask or not during their yoga practice ❤️
