Working as a counsellor in the fields of reproductive and maternal health since 2008, Yzobela brings experience from a variety of settings, including her own lived experience of the challenges of becoming a parent. She has extensive training and experience in working with issues related to pregnancy, infertility, pregnancy loss, and postpartum anxiety and other perinatal mood disorders. Yzobela integrates different therapeutic interventions including mindfulness, changing our relationship to unhelpful thoughts, and learning to listen to our feelings on a deeper level, to find the strategies that are most helpful for you.
