Rhiannon is a full-spectrum doula with a passion for empowered, evidence-based care. After learning about the lack of existing support for pregnant people and new parents while working on a BBC maternal mental health documentary, Rhiannon has devoted her life to helping people on their journey to parenthood. She studied Bioethics at Columbia University, focusing on birth justice and human rights for parents in the medical system. Her Doula credentials include StillBirthday Birth and Bereavement Doula, BeboMia Maternal Support Practitioner, with additional training in aromatherapy, the rebozo, Spinning Babies, Evidence-Based Birth, nutrition, and Ayurvedic postpartum caregiving.
Rhiannon’s happy place includes a cup of matcha, an HGTV marathon in the background, and a snuggle with her puppy niece Winnie the Wheatan.
