Mika is a self-devotion activist. As an embodiment and empowerment facilitator, she uses the enlightening magic of yoga alongside the structure and mechanics of Pilates to create a safe container for movement to strengthen both our body and mind. Mika encourages and loves to witness every-bodies find rejoice in prioritizing themselves.
Throughout the messy reality of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, Mika has found the strength to empower herself. She has learned the importance in being present in motion as much as maternity allows. It’s her mission to spread love to others, and help them navigate, thrive, and love the maternity realm.
She is a movement enthusiast, with years of experience as a professional dancer and athlete, a passionate yogini and Pilates instructor ready to help you find your radiance.
