Baby Talks and Toddler Talks Instructor
Julia is a registered Speech-Language Pathologist. She received her Master Degree of Speech-Language Pathology at The University of Queensland and her Bachelor Degree at the University of Western Ontario.
Julia has been involved in encouraging families to have fun while facilitating their child’s play, social and language development. She has experience working with infants, toddlers and preschoolers with a variety of skills and needs (including but not limited to children with typical language development, those born at a premature gestational age, those at higher-risk or with a diagnosis of autism and other developmental disabilities).
She combines her background as a Speech-Language Pathologist and her experience as a mother of three to encourage communication development in children. While understanding the unique needs of each child and family, she provides parents/caregivers with the tools required to be their child’s best communication teacher.
Julia teaches the mom-and-baby classes “Baby Talks” and “Toddler Talks”.
