Cebi Ndlangamandla (she/her)
Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Cebi is a Canadian trained manual osteopath, graduating from the Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy in 2016.
In the years that she has been practicing osteopathy, Cebi found herself increasingly more drawn to women’s health issues as well as the field of obstetrics. She is dedicated to providing care and support to mums and mums-to-be at all stages of their journey, post-partum and beyond.
Having her own journey through pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum she really finds she is able to connect even more with patients in treatment. She is of the mindset that a mama who feels supported, listened to and cared for, makes for a healthier and easier transition into motherhood and beyond.
Her treatments focus on a gentle and holistic approach which aims to relieve many of the symptoms which accompany pregnancy and the post-partum period. She achieves this with the use of gentle soft tissue techniques, visceral manipulation as well as craniosacral osteopathy.
In addition to manual treatment, she brings warmth, empathy and a listening ear to each of her sessions and does her very best to ensure that mums and mums-to-be feel seen and heard. Understanding the complex nature of pregnancy and postpartum, Cebi is able to identify areas where she can help with osteopathic treatment and is also a proponent of a collaborative approach across disciplines when necessary to achieve an optimal, well balanced result.
In her spare time Cebi can be found spending time with her husband and little boy, baking or spending time with family and friends.
Cebi is fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
