Prenatal Pilates – The Bump Method with Brittany Brie

$144 / 9-week series

$112 / 7-week series

$20 / drop-in class

1 hour per week on Mondays, for either 7 or 9 weeks, depending on the series.
Also available as a drop-in

This class is currently being taught ONLINE in a live-taught, interactive format.

All Bump Method® live classes are recorded at the time of the class. If you aren’t able to attend your scheduled class for any reason, a video replay will be sent to you for you to watch at a time that is convenient for you.

Join Brittany-Brie D’Amico for a prenatal pilates class will help you stay fit and strong during and after pregnancy.

In our prenatal classes we combine Pilates, low-impact (chest-friendly!) dance techniques and targeted toning with 1-3 lb weights, flex bands and stability balls.

You will learn to work your abdominal wall from the inside out, prepping your body for delivery, supporting your back and speeding up your postpartum recovery.

    Brittany Brie has an incredible passion and love for movement. She has studied dance for over 20 years, and currently teaches pilates and reformer classes in York Region.

    Her passion, experience and love for helping others have inspired her to develop classes that will challenge and motivate you to move. Her main goal as an instructor is to provide you with the knowledge and confidence to move your body, all while having a smile on your face. Brittany Brie is very excited to educate the new mothers of West End Mammas through The Bump Method program, featuring Pre & Postnatal Pilates classes.

    She spends many nights coaching, inspiring and leading a team of fierce female dancers in the Army of Sass dance program.When Brittany is not in the studio, you can find her on an open lake using her paddle board, eating cupcakes, or listening to music while entertaining friends!

    Brittany Brie is fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
