Congratulations!  You’ve had a baby! You’re ready to get moving, but you’re not sure whether your pelvic floor, abdominals and overall core are ready for it.

Join pelvic physiotherapist, Nabila Jutha,  as you learn what would be safe and appropriate for your postpartum recovery.

    Nabila is passionate about pelvic health and helping women feeling their very best. She uses a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy, functional taping techniques, exercise prescription, and acupuncture. She aims to help her clients manage and overcome any difficulties that pregnancy and labour may present in women’s health.

    When Nabila is not in the clinic, she enjoys staying active through ball hockey, soccer and yoga.

    Kirsten believes that every person should be given the opportunity to feel their best. She utilises her knowledge and skills in pelvic health and orthopaedic physiotherapy to deliver holistic care to an array of women’s pelvic health conditions.

    Kirsten completed an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology at McMaster University and a Master of Physiotherapy Studies at University of Queensland. She has continued this education and built her repertoire with courses in manual therapy, acupuncture, Pilates and pelvic health from leading experts based in Canada, USA and Australia.

    In her spare time, you will find Kirsten at a rock climbing gym, training for a half marathon or undertaking a creative art project.
