Prenatal Restorative Yoga Workshop
Restorative Yoga is essential for a busy, city lifestyle, and can greatly improve the well-being of any expecting mama.
Restorative Yoga is an opportunity to nurture one’s body, nervous system, and mind. It is a yoga practice with low physical demands, and offers lots of opportunities to relax and pause. With growing expectations and responsibilities, his is a space for expecting parents to take time for themselves and recharge.
This hands-on class will offer positions that relax pregnant bodies, target prenatal aches + pains, help mamas find deep relaxation, and offers a sacred space to connect to self and baby.
Mamas will enjoy a relaxing, candlelit restorative class, complete with calming music, lots of one-on-one adjustment and soothing massage.
