If you’re on the fence about which childbirth education class is right for you, or you just don’t know what HypnoBirthing is all about this is a great opportunity to meet our HypnoBirthing instructor, and ask all of your questions in a safe, non-judgemental space. We look forward to seeing you!

Allison Kohl (she/her)Doula, Childbirth/Hypnobirthing EducatorAllison is a Birth and Postpartum doula, HypnoBirthing Practitioner, CPR instructor and all around birth geek! Hailing from Toronto (but a country woman at heart), Allison resides in Thornhill, with her four children, partner and their three dogs.
Allison has spoken at several international birth conferences and has even taken her work across the pond to South Africa to participate in the Zulu Birth Project.
With years of experience under her belt, Allison is well prepared to support you on whatever pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey you choose.
Allison is fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
