Postnatal Pilates – The Bump Method with Brittany Brie

1 hour per week on Mondays, for either 7 or 9 weeks, depending on the series.

All Bump Method® live classes are recorded at the time of the class. If you aren’t able to attend your scheduled class for any reason, a video replay will be sent to you for you to watch at a time that is convenient for you.

Join Brittany Brie for a postnatal pilates class that will help you restore your core and exercise safely after you’ve had your baby.

The Bump Method™ Postnatal workout fuses Pilates, pelvic physiotherapy, yoga and sweat-inducing dance conditioning. New moms will reclaim their bodies, learning to flatten their abdominal wall after pregnancy, repair diastasis recti (overstretched abdominals) and restore their deep core and pelvic floor.
 
We’ll also address postural issues created by pregnancy and rebalance muscle groups that have become too tight and too weak. The The Bump Method™ is a proven safe and effective postnatal fitness program because it targets the most important, yet most overlooked issues.
 
** This class is best suited for mamas with pre-mobile babies, as the class is 100% focused on the mama; babies hang out on the mats while workouts are happening but are not integrated into the activities.
