Integrate your connective tissue, movement, mobility, and strength in C.O.R.E. Workshop.

The method used in C.O.R.E. builds Confidence, Observance, Resilience and Experience. The method is based on science and strengthened by Riikka Wilson’s unique approach to postpartum restoration.

You will gain an understanding of your C.O.R.E. and what it stands for through a restorative movement practise.

In this two hour C.O.R.E. Workshop you will receive a handout of C.O.R.E. restoration practise and learn the science based method to gain lasting strength within your postpartum body.

  • Riikka WilsonFitness Instructor

    Riikka Wilson is the founder of Riikka Wilson Movement which is a method to integrate your body, mind and heart within your life. Riikka specializes in postpartum recovery and uses Integrated C.O.R.E. movement to recover from both physical challenges and trauma.

    As a trained Pilates instructor and an exercise physiologist, Riikka deepened her understanding in trauma recovery and neuroscience after her first child was born in 2008. Her passion lies within the complexities of postnatal body, pelvic health and trauma recovery and Riikka feels inspired to make movement accessible to every body.

    Karen has worked with babies and children in hospital and community settings. She is passionate about working with families to foster the developmental skills of babies from birth.

    She uses a holistic approach to guide babies’ development. She believes that all babies and families are unique and require individualized care.
