Postpartum C.O.R.E. Workshop
Are you actively participating in the parts of your life that bring you the most joy?
- Experiencing pain?
- Hoping to have a more optimal posture?
- Feeling numbness in your back or limbs?
- Noticing bodily functions changing?
Integrate your connective tissue, movement, mobility, and strength in C.O.R.E. Workshop.
The method used in C.O.R.E. builds Confidence, Observance, Resilience and Experience. The method is based on science and strengthened by Riikka Wilson’s unique approach to postpartum restoration.
You will gain an understanding of your C.O.R.E. and what it stands for through a restorative movement practise.
In this two hour C.O.R.E. Workshop you will receive a handout of C.O.R.E. restoration practise and learn the science based method to gain lasting strength within your postpartum body.
This class is for mama; please do not bring your baby to this class. Thank you!
