Mom & Baby Yoga
Join us for a 6-week gentle mom and baby yoga class – stretch, strengthen, and connect to your postpartum body. Classes are one hour long, and limited to 8 participants per class. You will get individual attention, and make some mama friends while you’re at it!
Mom & Baby Yoga is best suited for moms with pre-mobile children. We recommend it for babies 9-months or younger – feel free to contact us if you have any questions about whether this class would be appropriate for you and your child.
Classes and workshops are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 2 weeks prior to the start of the class/workshop will be credited in full to your account. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks or after class has started will not be credited.
Changes such as switching into another class or workshop may be made without penalty if the change is requested 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the workshop.
In the event that a class or workshop is cancelled, registered students are eligible for a refund or may select an alternative and equally priced class or workshop option.
On occasion, teachers may be substituted at short notice; in such cases the cancellation policy still applies. There’s no exception to this policy. We thank you for your understanding.

Lynn Kerrigan has a soft and gentle approach towards teaching yoga – one that nourishes the new mom and their babies, taking into consideration the great deal of change the mind and body has gone through.
Off the mat Lynn can be found on her paddle board, competing in triathlons, running races, walking through High Park with her dog, and hiking. Lynn is also a mother of three beautiful and active girls!
