Mom & Baby Yoga
This class is currently being taught ONLINE in a live-taught, interactive format.
Join us for a 6-week gentle mom and baby yoga class – stretch, strengthen, and connect to your postpartum body. Classes are one hour long, and limited to 12 participants per class. You will get individual attention, and make some mama friends while you’re at it!
Mom & Baby Yoga is best suited for moms with pre-mobile children. We recommend it for babies 9-months or younger only so that you are not chasing your kiddo around during class!
This class is recorded and distributed to participants after each class. The class video may be viewed for one week after each class. This way, if you miss a class (life happens!), you can still watch it at a time that suits you.

Lynn Kerrigan has a soft and gentle approach towards teaching yoga – one that nourishes the new mom and their babies, taking into consideration the great deal of change the mind and body has gone through.
Off the mat Lynn can be found on her paddle board, competing in triathlons, running races, walking through High Park with her dog, and hiking. Lynn is also a mother of three beautiful and active girls!
